Every student who has come out of Rangasourabha has a thorough grounding in all the aspects of theatre, and the reason behind this are the workshops conducted every year. These workshops span various topics covering the vast field of theatre. Conducted by experts in their respective fields, these workshops sure give the necessary direction and training for aspiring actors and technicians. The students are trained in-depth in acting techniques, mime and hands-on training in technical aspects of the theatre like lighting, make up, art work and much more. The workshops are conducted by many stalwarts of the theatre field such as Krishnamurthy Kavattar, C Basavalingaih, Pramod Shiggoan to name a few.
