DAY 13

Text Analysis

The day began with a grounding prayer and a warm-up session. This time, a participant led the "head-to-toe" activity, bringing a refreshing change. They were later guided on refining their format and delivery, highlighting the importance of clarity in leadership and instructions.

Gowtham Upadyaya Anna led a session on voice projection techniques. Participants practiced exercises to enhance vocal strength and clarity, including an energetic "Huu-Haa-Hoo" game that emphasized rhythm, coordination, and projection.

Pramod Shiggaon Sir continued with activities to sharpen focus and reflexes, starting with the "Fox and Tiger" game to improve alertness and quick thinking.

Sir then revisited the "hot metallic ball" exercise, heightening the emotional engagement. Through vivid descriptions, he created a prison-like atmosphere filled with fear and pressure. As Sir counted down, participants felt their heartbeats quicken, hands tremble, and minds immerse deeply into the character of a prisoner. The emotional intensity of their performances was remarkable, showing significant growth from the previous day. Even peers reflected on the depth and authenticity of each portrayal.

In the second half, participants were divided into five groups. Each group selected an object, explored its history and uses, and presented its story as if they were the object itself, embodying its essence and journey. The presentations were thoughtful and creative, showcasing participants' imaginative abilities.

The session concluded with feedback and insights from Pramod Shiggaon Sir on Prathimavidhana (replicating) and Prakrithikavidhana (natural process). Participants clarified doubts, making the day reflective, engaging, and productive.
