On February 3, 2023, BMS College of Commerce and Management performed the play Birudentembara Ganda at the Sourabha 2023 event. The play was directed by Mahesh S Pallaki and written by the renowned Kannada playwright Samsa.

Birudentembara Ganda is a satire that humorously critiques societal norms, focusing on the dynamics of married life and the role of gender in relationships. The plot revolves around the protagonist, whose boastful nature and perception of masculinity become sources of both comedy and reflection. Samsa’s sharp wit highlights the complexities of male ego and how societal expectations can create tensions in marital relationships, leading to amusing yet thought-provoking situations.
